The acts announced for the Saturday of the event are Boy George, Rick Astley, Level 42, Jimmy Somerville, The Weather Girls, Kajagoogoo, Heaven 17, Imagination... (feat...Leee John), Curiosity Killed the Cat, Altered Images, and Modern Romance.

Sunday's confirmed acts are Tony Hadley with special guests, ABC and Go West, Marc Almond, Bjorn Again, Midge Ure, Kid Creole and the Coconuts, Chesney Hawkes, 10CC, Odyssey, Johnny Hates Jazz, and The Beat.

Organiser David Heartfield said "Last year's festival was a runaway success and the feedback, from artists and festival goers alike, was so positive that we had no option but to turn it into an annual event."

The festival is due to take place on the weekend of Friday 20th until Sunday 22nd August. The festival will combine popular 80's music with other entertainments including funfairs, fireworks, street entertainers, a Big Top Disco, and a Comedy Store Tent.

Although the festival opens on the Friday for camping, concessions, funfair and more, the main stage will only be active on the Saturday and Sunday.

Ticket prices are as follows, an adult weekend ticket is priced at £85, with camping priced at an additional £15. Tickets for children under 12 for the weekend are priced at £42.50 or £50 with camping, children under 3 can attend for free. Adult day tickets are priced at £45, and a child day ticket is £22.50. A campervan permit is priced at £65.

Tickets go on sale at 9am tomorrow, Friday, 29th January, and eFestivals will have links to buy them then.

Festival goers can also expect posh nosh, theme bars, and a range of camping options including tents already erected for arrival, tipi villages, and more. There will be a family field, campervan field, and moorings alongside the site for those that want to do it in style.
