2 Tone favourites Pauline Black, and The Selecter are amongst the latest acts to be confirmed for next year's Wychwood Festival which is about to end their special early bird ticket offer for tickets to the 2010 festival.

The Selecter
Pauline Black, and The Selecter have been confirmed to appear on the main stage on Saturday.

Also confirmed today is The Leisure Society taking to the main stage on Friday. Concluding the musical additions is inventive guitarist John Smith who will hopefully be airing his distinctive cover of Grace's 1995 hit 'Not Over Yet'.

For Young Wychwooders the big news is the confirmation of CBeebies superstar Justin Fletcher aka Mr Tumble who will be waking festival goers up on Sunday morning!

Mr Tumble
Justin is best known as the loveable Mr Tumble, and from numerous programmes like Tikkabilla, Higgledy House and Something Special as well as being the voice of Jake and Doodles in the Tweenies and Shaun in Shaun the Sheep... the list goes on and on!

Justin will be entertaining children of all ages from the main stage, so bring your best singalong voices, dancing feet, and your favourite fancy dress costumes.

These latest confirmed acts join a line-up that includes Levellers headlining on Friday, with Dreadzone, and Adrian Edmondson & The Bad Shepherds also confirmed for the main stage. There are many more diverse acts still to be confirmed including headliners for Saturday and Sunday.

The special early bird ticket offer for Wychwood 2010 will be finishing at the end of the month, and organisers say there are now less than 300 special price adult tickets left. This is the last chance to save up to £25 on adult ticket with camping.

Early bird adult weekend tickets are priced at £95 (full price £110), early bird youth (aged 16-18)/concession weekend tickets are priced at £70 (a saving of £15), and early bird 10-15 year old weekend tickets are priced at £40 (full price £50) with all children aged under 10 able to attend for free (Max 2 per adult) then £10 for each additional child. Disabled 2 for 1 weekend tickets are priced at £95 (full price £110).

This year Wychwood will be introducing a small charge for camping for the concession and adult tickets. An early bird weekend camping pass is priced at £10 (full price £20), a concession/youth weekend camping pass is available at an early bird price of £5 (full price £10. Children under 15 can camp for free, live in vehicle/campervan passes are priced at £40. Wychwood will offer the usual quality of campsite facilities and in 2010 the showers will be free.

Wychwood is a festival not only of music, but crammed full of other things to see and do, from comedy (sponsored by eFestivals) to cinema, and from workshops to the healing gardens. They already have a number of special things lined up for 2010.

Wychwood Festival aims to build on the success of the first five years, and returns on Friday 4th to Sunday 6th June in 2010, it's very family-friendly, intimate and inclusive for audience and musician alike. The music programme blends world, roots and contemporary music, and encourages new collaborations.
