They are the latest additions to an extensive bill of acts headlined by Pet Shop Boys on Friday, Grace Jones on Saturday, and Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds on Sunday. Latitude takes place from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th July 2009, with the festival opening it's gates on Thursday 16th July for some limited non-musical entertainment. Latitude festival goers can expect music, art, comedy, film, literature, theatre, performance art, dance, sculpture, workshops, restaurants and waiter service bars.
Weekend tickets are on sale and are priced at £150, day tickets are priced at £60, and a campervan Pass is priced at £10. Children aged 12 or under will be eligible for free tickets for Latitude Festival 2009 when accompanied by a ticket holding adult.
