Napton Festival which was postponed in September after flooding has been rescheduled for Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th November 2008 at a new venue The Assembly, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire.

The festival's website (here) states:
We can confirm today that the rescheduled Napton Music Festival will be held over Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th November 2008.

Bad Company will headline and our venue will be The Assembly in Leamington Spa on Saturday 15th November.

The Assembly is a newly refurbished, state of the art music venue especially designed to host top acts and has only recently opened its doors to music lovers.

We expect to have a full programme of bands and lots of work is being put into giving you a great show at a really fantastic venue.

Most things should be in place this coming week for us to give you a few more details regarding band line up for Saturday and Sunday.

NOTE
You tickets are valid for this rescheduled event so please keep them safe.

The second 'Festival of Music' at Napton was originally due to happen on Friday 12th and Saturday 13th September 2008 with twelve hours of music on offer over two stages. However it had to be postponed at the last minute due to bad weather.

The organisers are now re-staging the festival in a new venue which will not be subject to the unfortunate British weather. Ticket holders are asked to hold on to tickets as these will be valid for the rescheduled festival. For those people who had booked camping at Holt Farm, the organisers are considering separate arrangements for camping fees paid. A wide range of music is still promised featuring Bad Company headlining Saturday.

eFestivals will have more details on the festival's listing page as it becomes available.
