US alternative rockers The Lemonheads are amongst the latest additions to the line-up for Belladrum Tartan Heart Festival which happens in Inverness-shire, Scotland. Their appearance at Bella will be their only Scottish festival appearance this year.

They are joined by the four piece indie rock band The Holloways, Scottish popsters Sergeant who make a return to the festival, as do Australian brother and sister acoustic act, Angus & Julia Stone.

They join the headline acts for 2008 at Bella who are confirmed as Waterboys and Scouting For Girls. Idlewild, The Long Blondes, Jefferson Starship, Nouvelle Vague, Justin Currie, Edwyn Collins, Pete Molinari, Rachel Unthank & the Winterset, Kathryn Williams and Lisa Knapp are some of the artists previously confirmed. Now in its fifith year, Belladrum offers plenty of interest aside from the music including an array of entertainment for children. Attractions include street theatre, cabaret, cinema, dance, alternative therapies, stalls, food and drink.

Tickets are on sale, priced at £80 for the weekend (includes parking and camping from 4 PM Thursday 7th to 1 PM Sunday 10th) or £50 for just Saturday (includes parking and camping from 9 AM Saturday 9th to 1 PM Sunday 10th). Children 12 and under enter free. Click here to buy.
