The Great Escape, which says it's "the leading event in Europe for showcasing new talent from around the world", and happens from Thursday 15th until Saturday 17th May across venues within Brighton City Centre has opened itself to artist submissions to play, and put 'early bird' tickets on sale.

Acts wishing to perform at the festival are asked to submit their details on the official website here.

'Early bird' tickets have gone on sale, priced at £35 for the three days. The ticket - which will need to be exchanged for a wrist band - entitles you to entry to all gig venues (subject to capacity) over the 3 days. To buy online, click here - last year it sold out, so don't wait too long.
