Philippa Peacock, who is fast becoming one of the country’s most sought after female writers has three plays performed: the intriguingly titled ‘A Funeral Cheerleader’; ‘Fit For Nothing’ with Nadia Slajsova - about a Fitness Trainer from the Czeck Republic who would rather be performing in Musicals and Dancing on Ice than teaching aerobics and lifting weights; and www.czechitout@Petra.com – a play centered on a pleading letter of Petra Slajsova (Nadia’s sister) who has a visa to the UK, but no-one to receive her.

In the Cabaret Arena, is Gawkagogo Freakshow, a new fast-paced, edgily funny modern rockabilly pop-culture twist on a classic freakshow - but compacted in time and space!
