The dates for the second Latitude in 2007 are confirmed as Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th July, with the festival opening it's gates on Thursday 12th July for some limited non-musical entertainment.
Latitude claims to be inspired more by European festivals such as Lowlands. Expect Music, Art, Comedy, Film, Literature, Theatre, Performance Art, Dance, Sculpture, Workshops, Restaurants and Waiter Service Bars.
Confirmed are Damien Rice headlining the Friday, The Good, The Band And The Queen on the Saturday, and Arcade Fire on the Sunday. Other acts are also confirmed as playing over the weekend including Jarvis Cocker, Rodrigo Y Gabriela, Albert Hammond Jr, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, The Magic Numbers, CSS, Albert Hammond Jr, and more. Latitude happens in the grounds of the historic Henham Park Estate in Suffolk, and positioned near the most easterly English coastline between Southwold and Aldeburgh. Henham has been in the Rous family line since 1544.
