Damien Rice, The Good, The Bad And The Queen, & Arcade Fire for Latitude

Latitude which takes place at Henham Park Estate in Suffolk from Thursday 12th to Sunday 15th July 2006 have announced the first acts for this year.

Confirmed are Damien Rice headlining the Friday, The Good, The Bad And The Queen on the Saturday, and Arcade Fire on the Sunday. A few other acts were also announced as playing over the weekend - Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, The Magic Numbers, CSS, Wilco, The Rapture, The National, Midlake, The Gotan Project, and Explosions in the Sky.

Entertainment at Latitude is more than just music - there's music, art, comedy, film, literature, theatre, performance art, dance, sculpture, workshops, restaurants and waiter service bars. We'll have more on the film and comedy tomorrow.
