R.E.M. summer shows 2005

R.E.M. have announced a series of outdoor shows for next summer right across the UK.

The outdoor shows start on Friday 17th June 2005 at Lancashire County Cricket Club, Manchester, followed on Saturday 18th at Balloch Castle Country Park, Loch Lomond, Scotland.

Then there's a gap here ... we wonder if they're thinking about a weekend down on the farm?

The next show is at KC Stadium, Hull on Tuesday 5th July, followed by City Ground, Nottingham on Wednesday 6th July.

The last two dates are at Hyde Park, London on Saturday 9th July, and Millennium Arena, Cardiff on Sunday 10th July.

Tickets for all shows go on sale this Saturday at 9am.
