The Dust Collectors would be good. Rising Stage, maybe. So local they could cycle over!

Line-up looking good so far, although in a parallel universe it would include Bearsuit, Melt-Banana, Manu Chao and The Dodos and finish with a Half Man Half Biscuit singalong.

OK, here we go. The best bands I saw were:

Friday - Oi Va Voi, Ash Grunwald, Beardyman, múm

Saturday - Yellow Moon Band, Jim Jones Revue, Hugh Cornwell, Charlatans

Sunday - Monotonix, Micachu and the Shapes, Easy Star All Stars, First Aid Kit

Somewhere, I've got videos of all these

And if I had to choose . . . First Aid Kit. 'This song is dedicated to the blond boy sitting on the barrel' LOL

I'm up for Bearsuit, Half Man Half Biscuit, The Dodos, Ponytail, Mountain Goats, Napalm Death, The Deirdres, The Chameleons, Manu Chao, Th' Faith Healers and the Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain. I've got more, but it doesn't do to be greedy, does it?

Re the Rising Stage being packed for Frank Turner, what about múm and Fanfarlo on the Friday? It's a real problem, 'cos from outside the tent you get to see and hear nothing.

Anyway, great line-up, sorry to gripe. Don't forget to put the rubbish in the bins.
