Noel G would be an awful headliner. Played in Scotland numerous times in the past few years.
-
Florence and the Machine at BST on the Saturday. Has to be a stick on for headlining TRNSMT now.

Swedish House Mafia will be yer third headliner for Summer Sessions then. Because I don't see them anywhere near TRNSMT.
Aye the more I think about it the more it seems likely. They are playing Creamfields around the same time.
-
With the Foo Fighters and The Cure announced for Summer Sessions I wouldn't be surprised to see TRNSMT going down a slightly different route.
Swedish House Mafia signs appeared in Glasgow last week. Wouldn't be surprised to see them play or a Calvin Harris type booking. Would sell tickets but the crowd would be awful.

Were Franz Ferdinand a Scottish exclusive or what? Just seen they are on Kendal Calling line up aswell (which is very decent again)
-
Foals are a UK festival exclusive for Citadel in London aswell so can't see them playing.
-
Biffy would be extremely underwhelming. I thought The Killers would be pretty much a stick on for the Sunday.
-
They will do the Glasgow Green thing, it will be a success and TITP will be scrapped for good.
-
Hope to see something a bit different for this. Metallica are touring next year, something along those line.
-
The crowd was abysmal last year so I'm not surprised the complaints this year. Sunday night last year was unsafe with the stuff getting lobbed around and tents going on fire.
It did look quiet on facebook videos and on television. If people aren't happy with it they should really look at festivals abroad or even down south. You get far more for your money.
I'm sure a nice grant from the Snp government will keep it afloat.

That crowd for LCD Soundsystem is absolutely terrible
-
Will avoid that one like the plague

Wolf Alice added to the Biffy Clyro & Fall Out Boy date, do you think that means it's selling well or not so good so it needs some extra bands to push it?
I would imagine it will sell well.
-
Would imagine it would be Avicii, dreadful if so.

Has anyone been to this before? Thinking of going but I wanted to know if they ran shuttle buses or anything from Glasgow as otherwise it'll be about an hour walk or expensive taxi journey.
Train to Dunbreck or Subway to Ibrox, both are a fairly short walk to Bellahouston.
-
The Chemical Brothers with Knife Party or Above & Beyond below them. They are at SW4 the same weekend. One can but hope.
I'm not really into Fall Out Boy but they are pretty big, very decent booking.
-
Tiesto probably high chance Radio 1 if they are doing a dance day.
-
So the EDM infill begins

No they don't, they played second from the top on main stage at balado in the daylight and it was manic
You kidding? 100x better in a tent or in darkness. Compared to 2011 it was powder puff on the Main Stage & also at the 02 a number of years ago.
-
Chase & Status really need to be in darkness. If they are put outside in daylight again the folk organising should be shot.
-
If it's a similar crowd to last year LCD's crowd will be dreadful
-
Eric Prydz would be a sublime booking but I just can't see it. Much more likely to be Martin Garrix or some other edm dross.
I think the other headliners will be Calvin Harris and Muse
-
Jesus, that V Festival line up is horrendous.
-
I think Muse are a lot more likely than RHCP, one can but hope.
