  1. This may be a bit of a long shot, but years ago there was a burger stall on the other stage field.  You had to walk up some polished steps to get to the counter and the sign just said BURGERS, I think it was a black or blue banner.   They made your burgers to order and they were honestly the nicest burgers I've ever had.   If you were onstage it'd be on the set of shops in NW direction.  It was in the same place for a good 3-4 years, the last time I was there I couldn't find it for the life of me.  Does anyone have any ideas?  Thanks in advance

  2. Always thought someone like Beavertown would be up for Glastonbury, given who the founders dad is.    Shame Brewdog turned out to be a gang of sausages, one of few craft ale companies in the UK that could have dealt with demand on their own.  If it's Coors then it'll likely be Heineken?  Not sure who owns what these days

  3. Orbital, Sleaford Mods, Chemical Brothers, Justice, Guns n Roses, Prodigy, Manchester Orchestra, Boris Brejcha, Bon Iver, War on Drugs, Midlake, Spoon, Band of Horses, The Bronx, Cory Wong, Echo and the Bunnymen, Ghost, Phoenix, Carpenter Brute, Danny Elfman, Mogwai, UNKLE, Weezer, The Cat Empire, Polyphia, Orville Peck, Moderat, Guster...

  4. Here's a better quality version of a different part of the concert if anybody is interested...

Yeaah they were probably the best band i saw at this years glastonbury, I'd love to see them of a night time with a bigger audience, they've definately got the talent and live show to pull it off well...and daft punk need no introduction haha It'd be a dream to see them live...i would even say they should/could headline the pyramid stage

  5. I'm not being a dickhead here, but if you think this years sunday was bad you should of seen it a few years back.

I can remember seeing an explosion in Red from yellow bubble and thinking ' f**k off!! no way has that not just killed someone ' When telegraph poles start coming down and gas canisters are rolling across campsites on fire again , i'll think about it being ludicrous but until that point, not much can phase me.

Staff doing nothing!? Could they do anything with a backpack full of water and a spray-hose? I didn't see any firemen this year!?

  6. I'm more annoyed at the fact they were shite. I felt sorry for Mark and Travis having to put up with Tom, trust me i'm a big fan but that show on saturday night was f**king piss poor.

They unfortunately have joined the list of bands who have reformed on the back of making ridiculous amounts of money.

New album will be piss poor and they'll split for real within 2 years.

  7. Such an underrated band in my opinion, i couldn't believe what i was watching...especially when Paramore came on and i had to endure some souless run of the mill pop punk tinged emo shite for nearly an hour.

    Ahh well, always next year.

    WEEZER 4 HEADLINE 4 LIFE

  8. Weezer were simply the best band of the weekend. I've been a fan for years, but that performance blew me away. Should of been higher up than Paramore ( who are piss poor, and proved it )

Get them back to headline!! :D

  9. Best

    Muse

    Pheonix

    The National

Fatboy Slim (thought he should of been on a bigger stage)

    Stevie Wonder

    Worst

Gorillaz (admittedly only watched an hour, but what i saw was rather drab)

Biggest Surprise: Vampire Weekend " Blaaaaaaaaaaaaaakes gotttta new faaaaaaace "

  10. I'll be checking out Dizzee Rascal, i think he'll play with the same sort of set up he had at the electric proms..with Guthrie Govan as the session guitarist, not much can go wrong.

  11. Hi, I have come to ask you about your help regarding a ticket.

One of my friend's has recently split with his longterm girlfriend and he's got her ticket for glastonbury. Another one of our friends wants to go but he isn't sure about making the journey down to glastonbury without the guarantee of getting in, especially when using a female ticket as a 24 year old guy.

Is there anybody on these forums who needs a female ticket who has a male ticket to swap for it? Or is it worth selling the ticket on ebay for face value and keeping our fingers crossed?

  12. Ive just been on the phone to seetickets who told me to ring DX to arrange delivery as they have sent their tickets to DX. I then rang DX and asked to arrange delivery, to which they replied.

" You'll have to speak to seetickets and arrange it with them as we are not receiving anymore Glastonbury tickets and see tickets should be arranging an alternative method of getting them to you ".

  13. Thirdly from your comments my guess is that you actually are a tout. Am I right? Or are you simply a tout sympathiser and think they provide a valuable service like this girl does.
  14. For all the posts you make, there's remarkably few that actually say anything.

Care to tell us how touts can justify making hundreds of pounds profit for a ticket when Seetickets provided the original mechanism for sales, eBay the secondary mechanism, the festival itself putting everything together?
