My daughter and I have camped in Pennards for the last 4 fests.. (part of camp T.. neil please dont ban me again )

Its noisy.. had some drunken guy wreck the tent .. falling burrowing..

Apart from that no problem... But very congested .. to the point CT is moving

We found out when we where next to the Guardian tent..

It was our first year and camping in Paines Ground.. Wandered back to our tent and told our neighbor who's daughter was over in the Park.. Oh thats not going to go down well as she had tickets to se him at the O2.

I'm praying on making it again.. And back to the shaped camp in Pennards .. Last time I didn't think we where going to get tickets but luckilly it happened. Next year my daughter wont be able to go so I guess it's just me on my own.. With 180000 mates to keep me going.. Just need T day to work out well

In 09 just after the footy daughter K8tie and I sat with our backs to the Herras fencing in front of the Pyramid stage having some lunch..

There was a clanking sound next to us and ME and some of the Wateraid girls popped through the fencing next to us.. A moment I will never forget.. Luckilly I got some fotos as well

Thieving scum are probably lazy bastards as well..

In 2011 the tent next to us was done.. Large tent with 5 folk sleeping in it at the time..

Tent thieves should be thrown into the Glasto sewage lagoon with a block around their necks..

[Mobile Phones]

I used to take a car battery and an inverter but the battery is heavy n bulky. For the last couple glasto's I've invested in a small sealed gel battery. Mine is from an emergency lighting power supply but they are easy to pick up off eBay. I think they are similar to the batteries used in mobility scooters. I have a triple cigarette socket adaptor from poundland that I have soldered spade connectors onto so it plugs straight onto the battery. That way it charges up to 3 mobiles at once from a car charger. Works for our group all week. I can post a pic if anyone wants when I get home
