It's just mad! It might be easier for you to say what you like as ott is kinda hard to describe really other than being totally ace! It might be folk, it might be trance, it might be acoustic whatever....who knows?

Hi again, as I just mentioned in my previous post, I am looking for a festival that's close to where we live this year. Off The Tracks sounds as though it might suit us, but as in my other post I've never heard of the bands in the line-up. Has anybody been to Off The Tracks? If so, would love some info on the sort of music there and the vibe of the festival, such as age range, whether it's trendy or laid-back, noisy or peaceful, etc. All that sort of thing. Thanks!

[Y-Not Festival - what sort of fest is it?]

Hi all, am looking for a local (to us) festival this year, for various reasons, and I've just read about the Y-Not Festival, which would suit us fine in terms of travelling distance. Thing is, I've never heard of ANY of the bands in the line-up, so I have no idea whether we're talking heavy rock, classical flute-playing, or folk. Anybody been to this fest who can give me some low-down on what sort of music there is, and also what the general vibe is -- age range, trendy or folksy, noisy or peaceful, etc. Thanks!
