  1. The absolute cheapest way to book Wychwood tickets is through the office direct (01993 772580). One weekend with camping would be £140 on card (£2 card charge, £3 postage), or £138 if you send a cheque. There's no charge on top of any ticket prices except £3 delivery on the order as a whole if you buy any tickets this way :)

I've been going to Wychwood for three years and each year I have always enjoyed the balance between the indie and folk (which are my usual genres of choice) and the world music, which encourages me to try listening to something new. And of course there are also the emerging bands in the BBC introducing stage - last year there was a great mixture of styles on that stage.

  3. I think Wychwood offers great value for money, and kids are free so for most people it’s one of the best value festivals. There is a caravan club site within walking distance too if people don't want to stay at the racecourse in camper vans.

    I live locally and don't usually camp on site for the festival, so I was happy to see that the camping is now sold separately from the ticket price. It seems a much fairer way of doing things.
