I always take a box of frozen Strongbow to festivals and have never had a cracked can.
Makes for a perfect drink on Saturday morning, still OK on Sunday too if you have an ice box.

In our local 24 hour Tesco they open the alcohol aisle at 9:00.
So you should be OK...

Stand next to a tout, when someone approaches them to buy a ticket at inflated tout scum prices offer them yours at face value.

Shouldn't take long as theres usually loads of folk who turn up without a ticket looking for touts.

Hi,
I have a girl mate coming down on a sunday day ticket but she does not have anywhere to stay. What are the chances of us sneaking her past security so she can stay with us on the last night,
if all else fails we will have to put on a crying act, but after a day of heavy drinking this will be hard.

Aussie rocker Nic Cester from Jet collapsed tonight on stage at Q The Music Club Live at Hard Rock Café as part of the promotional tour for the band's latest album 'Shaka Rock'.
The singer had been unwell all day but insisted on coming to the gig and not letting fans down. JET took to the stage at 8pm GMT and performed 'Rip It Up' and 'She's A Genius' before Nic passed out.
Nic got up on his feet and jokingly told the audience he had Swine Flu before collapsing for a second time.
Nic was walked off stage by the band's tour management leaving Cam, Chris and Mark to soldier on to perform 3 more songs - 'Holiday', 'Beat On Repeat', And 'Get What You Need'.
Nic was rushed to University College Hospital in Euston, London, UK in an ambulance and is being treated for symptoms of gastroenteritis, acute vomiting and dehydration. The singer will be held overnight for monitoring.
'Shaka Rock' is the band's third album and is due for release on Monday 7th September. The first single from it, 'She's A Genius', will be available both digitally and physically from 24th August.
The band are still set to play the following UK dates:
Wed 09 September Rock City, Nottingham
Thu 10 September Ritz Ballroom, Manchester
Fri 11 September ABC Glasgow (ABC1 & ABC2), Glasgow
Sat 12 September Leeds Metropolitan University SU, Leeds
Mon 14 September Wulfrun Hall, Wolverhampton
Tue 15 September Anson Rooms & Ar2 (Bristol University), Bristol
Thu 17 September HMV Forum, London
Do you think this will affect their V appearances next week?

I live 4 hours away from Weston Park by road, used to take 6 to 7 hours to get to V, in 2007 it took 10 hours so we now go on train.
Catch train at 6:30, tent up by 11:00 last year, catching same trains this year...
There never seems to be any congestion on the roads the shuttle buses take from Stafford station to the site, are the buses allowed down the closed roads??
