Just seen that the Regents College camp site is not opening until 5pm on the Thursday. Is it just me who thinks it's a little late.

Yep. Get tickets swap for wrisband, pitch tent and then Fringe festival. Sorted.

This will be my 3rd with my daughter (now 11) never worried about her going to the toilet etc. on her own and being able to find me after. If you are coming up on Thursday you could also consider the fringe festival as some of the venues allow childen in. Not sure which ones but someone will hopefully be able to give more details.

If you read the post from the lass in the ticket office a bit further up, I think what you may have there are receipts rather than tickets, if Im reading it right.

Booked not long after the early bird tickets went on sale and recieved mine in the post within a couple of weeks. Hpoe these are the right ones as they are just basic DMH ones, not like last years

@ mpop. Took my girl to the donkey last year (then aged 9) and we had a top night, then went to see some of the bands again at the festival.

Thursday has got to be the day to start. I went last year with my daughter (then 9) to The Donkey and had a good night. She loved the open top bus ride back to camp with it full of drunken people singing. Will be back this year and we will be going to The Donkey again.

@ Andy. Could you please let me (and anybody else who would like to) know if any of the venues will be child friendly on the Thursday night.

Just seen on Dananananaykroyd's MySpace site that they have got SSW in there list of up coming shows.

Why is there still no child tickets available yet? I would like to get my tickets for next year but after the bank holiday is over the early bird tickets will be on sale for the Reading festival and with children allowed in for free I my well be tempted to get a ticket for that insted.

I would like to buy my tickets for 2009 but as of now am unable to get any child tickets. Will this change before the early bird offer is closed.
