  1. Anti bacterial ones - because its the bacteria that makes your smelly bits smelly. I use the boots ones which come in little packs of 12 which are easier to pack than the massive packs of 200.

  2. Uncool as it is - I do enjoy going with my Dad - still have fun and it means I don't have to pay for anything :( and I've got a friend (his Mum lives near Glastonbury) with Sunday tickets so can let go and party hard then :(

Thanks for the tips people! Will check out that site

  3. I'm an 18 year old girl who is slightly uncool in the sense that I'm going with my Dad (none of my friends are into going to gigs, festivals etc - the one who said he'd go never got round to buying a ticket - so shall be hanging with my Dad - better than not going IMO lol)

Basically - last year - first time for both of us there. I was 17 and we managed to get into the family camping bit on Spring Ground (at about 6am on thursday - so the people on the gate didn't care too much as it was still pretty empty - couple of hours later sign went up saying only families with under 16s so we kept a low profile...) and thought it was really lovely, with v lovely people and quite liked not having tents on top of other tents and nice calm chilled out element of glasto late at night and in the morning.

This year - obviously doubt we're gonna get in there - and have no plans of kidnapping my 5 year old cousin to be able to get in - so trying to work out best place to go? We're thinking probs the normal campsites near spring ground (Wicket Ground, Lime Kiln, Hitchen Hill?) or would somewhere else be better (like near the Park?). Or is there a place where random families with older teenagers descend on? Planning to turn up as early as possible on Wed so don't imagine finding space to be a problem.

  4. Last year I was in my first year of sixth form - my parents just wrote a letter saying that I wasn't going to be in college for thurs, fri +mon as I was away with my dad - no reason why - and I gave it to my form tutor and ran away before he could read it. With that and a uni open day on the wed I basically missed a whole week of college. He didn't say anything when I came back - just told me what work I'd missed in his classes, but no different to if you'd been off ill. Other teachers said nothing. I just tried to not draw too much attention to myself with regards to it - but my friends didn't really help asking loadly how it was in front of all of them...

There's not a lot they can do - I'm guessing college = sixth form = you don't have to be there so they can't do you for truancy and I'd doubt they'll throw you out for missing a few days of college in the downtime after exams. I've always had a really good rep with my teachers so that probs helped with them not caring - so try not to piss them off too much before
