    Im just chomping at the bit now :P Already got my tickets on the strength of the bands announced, so anything else is just a bonus! :O

    ... please let it be Tool, Stone Temple Pilots and... err.... 30 Seconds to Mars :P

    I like my rock and metal... But there is room for all tastes and a little bit of something different would be nice (as long as its not Girls Aloud or that kind of poo!) My mate who I am going with likes Primal Scream. I dont.. But I hope they get confirmed so he can see them :ph34r:

    Tool would be a nice addition to an already amazing line up.

    Personally I would also like to see Stone Temple Pilots added to the bill as well as Rob Zombie (yeah! right!) and (my guilty pleasure) 30 Seconds to Mars! Would make it perfect for me :)

    Yep! I had a fantastic time!! :lol:

    I agree. So many things that were amazing.... Rage blew my head off! Worth the wait to see them! Also, I really enjoyed Metallicas set, Disturbed, Cavalera Conspiracy, Prodigy, Paramore were great too!! Kill Hannah did a great job of opening the festival (although I was a little gutted I missed half their set because they didnt open the arena in time!).

    Went by too fast though... Heres to next year! ;)

    where abouts is Novarock? Decent event?

    has everybody got their tickets through? i got mine the other week, all 7, its said on the front signature required, but me mum just found um on the floor in me porch!

    Me too!! I saw White Zombie at Donnington in 95 (I think) and then after at Brixton (again, I think.. memory! ;) ). I would love to see him perform again! It would make my weekend!

    I can see all the names you mention as possibles too. RiP/RaR seem really varied (which is a good thing). I am primarily going to see Rage Against the Machine and the other slightly more metal bands, but I love that there are alot of artists/bands there that I normally wouldnt listen too. I find that I usually come away from festivals with a few new bands I am interested in. Sigur Ros would be good too.. very different and ambient, but would make a welcome addition from me anyway :) They are playing Connect 08, so maybe....?? :P

    Excellent! ;) Hope it's soon... just out of pure curiosity!

    I am looking at who is playing Download and Reading/Leeds and trying to think who they are likely to add to the bill. Maybe Slipknot, Tenacious D and Dillinger Escape Plan?? I would love it one to be Rob Zombie, but I reckon thats unlikely.
