hello everyone, went to glastonbury for the first time last yr but pretty much stuck to the main areas (other stage/park/john peel etc) and was wondering if there were any areas where u can get food/drink and sit out of the rain lol- going for longer next yr and hoping to find some!

hey, was 17 when I went last year with a group of 4 of us, we walked straight through security with loads of beers and they didnt check any of our bags. Got served at the bars ok as well, didnt ask for ID, so you should be fine!

deposit scheme worked really well in my opinion- definitely made it easier on group bookings- far less urgency in sorting out the main load of money cause had ages to do it in- hopefully it'll be back next year!

There will be a limited number of tickets on sale on Monday 2nd February (time unknown), subject to availability. There will be the tickets where a deposit has been paid but full payment hasn't been made.

There will also be a sale from 9am on Sunday 5th April. The number of these will be dependant on the uptake of tickets by locals.

From the "90% have been sold", the number of tickets remaining is less than 13,500.

oh dear, someone i know was literally intending to his ticket tonight; on the glastonbury website it says selling will recommence on feb 2nd- does anyone know if these are the tickets from unpaid deposits or just the original ones (which have gone...)
