Does anyone know if there are other draught cider options at the public bars than Brothers? That looks a bit strong for me.

It's only 6.8% Festival Strength at the Brothers Bar in West Holts, will be 4.5% elsewhere & imagine will be the only cider at most of the main bars.

Bread & Roses (and obviously the Cider Bus) serving Burrow Hill but that's 5%.

Has anyone come across a camp bed or mat in similar length to a king size bed? 198cm long would be amazing

Currently eyeing up these at 200cm long/76cm wide https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B08SQQW9M8/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?smid=A164Y4TINJTGPP&th=1&psc=1 or a cheaper version https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07B2VXQPB/ref=ox_sc_act_title_4?smid=A3ELFFJYTPO92M&psc=1

Only delaying pulling the trigger as don't know if the more expensive one is worth the extra.

  3. Thanks both, was pretty convinced I had all zips shut (external door, internal door and flap at top of internal door), wouldn't put it past me to miss a whole extra one though! ... from the other side looking in the door to the internal compartment looks pitch black. May have to do a 2nd test pitch (or just wait until on Worthy Farm!) to make sure I wasn't just being an idiot! Will try to pitch with doors west facing though!

  4. I've just joined the F&B club with the 3-man poled (&porch) version - MH100XL. I did a test pitch and was out of the delivery box & pitched within 10 minutes.  It's definitely by far the darkest tent I've ever owned but I was surprised by how see through the mesh on the door is (whilst the rest of the bedroom compartment is indeed blackout), making out light & shadows through the porch area. Is this normal with the F&B tents? Admittedly this is facing the sun on a sunny evening. I guess it helps with airflow.

  5. Go and watch the vodka jellies karaoke band, they played the avalon cafe last year on the Thursday night, great drunken fun :)

Yes this, seen them the last 2 years, great fun, and they do like to have a special guest, plus if you want to go on stage at Glasto, this could be your chance for a bit of karaoke!

  6. @tomruss I mostly follow/retweet comedians/gigs and occasionally tweet myself.

Or @glawsboy84 if you want to hear me mainly rant about rugby, probably not advised unless you're a rugby fan as well!

  7. Hi all, 30 year old male, and only found out last night I had a place as a wrist banding volunteer for Glastonbury. The rest of my group are hoping for the resale on Sunday, otherwise it will be my first solo Glastonbury (8th in all since 2007). I love seeing parts of it alone but think it would also be great to meet up with some people in similar situations. I'll be travelling down from Gloucestershire (on the Monday afternoon for any other workers in need of a lift), return late on Sunday I imagine.

I'm happy to meet up with any newbies, or Glastonbury veterans and enjoy some of the festival in good company. I assume I'll have to camp in staff camping so may not be able to camp nearby others but happy to meet all types there.
