It's Efestivals bingo 2016. So far points for every time some one mentions that AC/DC had their own stage at Download, suggests that a band could play the legends slot or mentions the Adele tax quote. I'm open to other suggestions.
I'm glad blah blah are headlining because I don't like them so can go elsewhere instead.
Don't get this comment. I want led zep, Neil young and the national to headline so I can watch all the headliners. If Coldplay headline I will be somewhere else but I don't want it to happen

Jean Michael jarre is touring starting in June in England and doing festivals
-
The National
Radiohead
John Grant
Wolf Alice
Doesn't take much to please me. They could all play but knowing my luck would all headline a stage the same night

I use my work computers and have 2 on hitting refresh on each one every 3 seconds, they are very slow. I've always thought its down to pressing refresh just when a space on the server opens up, nothing to do with the spend of the connection

It's all down to luck. I've been lucky enough to get tickets the last 9 times and it's been just myself and someone else trying to get tickets and i've managed to get through myself 8 times.
If you really want to go i'm sure you will get tickets in the re-sale. The first timers and non-dedicated who didn't get tickets today will probably organise something else to do in June

I really liked his last album but loved Queen of Denmark. Still go back to it a few times a week

Just announced a tour for early next year and a playing the royal Albert hall on 15th June, would be welcomed with open arms to the farm. On a side note would anyone on 02 not wanting to go to his gigs be able to send me their priority code, tickets go in sale tomorrow morning for priority. I'm sure the good karma you would get by helping me out would help you on Sunday for tickets

Cat's Eyes have a new album in the works.
mid afternoon on the park
-
foos, Adele, Coldplay. Could you get a more a middle of the road set of headliners
-
It's £15 a ticket to see it in Lincoln Odeon, why so expensive, I can see all normal films with 2 for £10 voucher. It's going to ebe an empty cinema
-
Got to the car in blue car park at 10.15, took 10 minutes to get to the road then straight through to Bath where I'm staying in a hotel for the night before the drive back to lincoln

What if the weather forecast now was saying it's a repeat of 2007, Would most of you take £500 now?

Waterproofs will always be in my bag anf walking boots are the only thing I ever wear at glastonbury. I don't understand how people can walk around in sandals all day and not get stood on, especially during the bands.

Do people queue up at gate C like they do for gate B or does it get really busy? Gate B had a massive queue last year

Bill needs to go out on loan to Leeds/Reading festival

I'd be surprised if you could fit half that number in the Park, that's 10% of the Festival.
How many turned up for Radiohead that year?
With the park though you can go up the hill and still see/hear so there is a lot of space there

I like the sense of community you get from Glastonbury and the whole way of living together in tents and generally doing what ever you want for the week. This is the reason I go to Glastonbury over other festivals and if it had to move I would hope these things would move with it. At the end of the day I go to 1 festival a year and that is glastonbury, not going hasn't crossed my mine in 8 years. I would go to the new location and hope it has the spirit and the ethos glastonbury has. If this hasn't transferred over and it becomes a generic festival it would all come down to the muscic for me so which ever festival has the best line up would be that years visit.
Imagine if it does move and it has been annouced the year before. Demand for tickets would be out of this world and the emotions of everyone on site. Michael Eavis giving a farewell speach on the pyramid after the Sunday headliner (would have to be Led Zep), the site would flood from tears.

Can't be for the whole site. Like people have said the queues will be stupid if each pint has to be poured individually and the machines that do 12 at a time couldn't be used. Also wouldn't the volunteers have to know how to use pumps and stuff, at the minute all they do is grab a beer/cider and take your money.
-
we knew it really. Chemical brothers and the Who clash makes it 2007 all over again. At least ticket day will be easy
-
All I do is have a couple of nurofen before bed and that stops the headache in the morning then my first drink when I wake up is a cider so i'm always in a semi drunk state. I don't think there is a genuine hangover cure though. I can eat and drink the exact same things one saturday night to the next and one morning I will feel perfect the next like death

I can't believe more people are annoyed at taping off camping areas rather than not using the toilet. It is annoying about tape off areas but its not going to cause the festival to end, not using the toilets will

Since the weather will be glorious I will be nearly at glastonbury town to have a look around the shops and a walk up the Tor. Got there about 6 last year and the shops were closing but want a proper look around. If the rain gods decide to have 1 last day of rain on the Tuesday I will probably be sat at home with twitchy feet waiting to get on the road

I think she will headline the park stage. As much as I love her I do think her popularity has dropped over the years. John Grant and Goat and field day to, get them at Glastonbury as well, 3 park headliners
