To anyone that has already been to Rock Am Ring... are there any after hours parties after the main acts close?

hi, never been to electric picnic, but everything is looking fine... and the line up gorgeous, maybe travelling from switzerland... :-) at what time tickets usually are selling out? is it an option to stay in a hotel in portlaoise and travel by bus/taxi from/to the festival? how about security, is everything safe there or are there any riots going on...

Me and my mate are well keen for Rock am Ring and are looking at buying tickets off Viagogo. The only issue we have are the logistics of getting there. Whats usually the deal for getting there from the UK? We're in South Wales and haven't got a clue how to travel. Any advice would be outstanding.

Shit, I'm gutted!! Was really looking forward to this one but didn't realise that tickets would sell out so quick!! Does anyone know of a reliable site where I can get a couple of tickets? Even if they cost more then the original cost price! Thanks

I have a feeling we're going to end up going to Optimus and Rock Am Ring next summer... Radiohead are enough to take me to Optimus plus i've never been to Portugal and i'm sure they know how to party over there!!
Let's hope for some more solid acts announced soon so we can get tickets sorted... Bring on next summer!

i'm still undecided but might end up going to beni again this year. this time i'm planning on renting a hotel. does anyone know of a good hotel (not that expensive) nearby?
