Yeah, BBC introducing to be announced next week, plus a few others apparently
-
I think the curfew might be midnight on the Friday night so Kraftwerk will probably be playing til about 11.30. Not certain though so don't take my word for it!

Non T related but I'm looking for a big favour from you guys.
I'm in the running for winning Hospitality tickets to the Scottish cup final for me and my son, but with the voting not closing till 12pm tomorrow, I still desperately need votes.
If anyone would be so kind to click the link below, then select "vote" under my picture, I would be eternally grateful. It only takes 10 seconds. Cheers

Bit quiet on here at the minute. Think we'll get a wee announcement tomorrow relating to this 1994 reference? There's been a few Friday announcements recently.
9 weeks today!!

I see V are expecting fun. On their lineup, so I expect them to be added to T soon too. They where brilliant in tuts last year, and although everybody was only there for we are young I thought their set was very good.
-
Saturday day tickets sold out apparently.
-
25 past 9 and they're already sending out reminder emails?? A bit of panic maybe!
-
Has anyone had a listen to any of the announcements that they hadn't heard of and been impressed? Imagine Dragons for me.
-
Disappointing that I tried to post something regarding smaller acts/stages in the hope it would get a bit of discussion, but instead an argument over ThewayIam/Gazza has taken over this thread completely
-
Well I've gone from being someone who spends the whole festival at the main stage (2007) to trying to mix things up a bit. After going to the camden crawl last year I realised there's plenty acts worth catching at the smaller stages, and I saw the likes of Josh Osho, Spector, andAdmiral Fallow, as well as seeing Fun. when I didn't know much about them.
Have tried to have a look around the lower reaches of this years announcement, and really like the sound of Imagine Dragons, as well as Bastille who I saw at Camden Crawl. I didnt really know much about 2 Door Cinema Club but quite like the sound of them too. Tribes sound quite good too.
I will still go and see the likes of the Killers, Stereophonics, Courteeners, but really looking forward to seeing some of the up and coming acts.
Some of the smaller tents might be a fair bit busier this year tho ;-)

i dunno about everyone else but i'm getting so pissed off with geoff using this whole 'theres over 200 bands so its less than a quid' patter i dont think he realises that on a good T announcement you'll see about 10 bands a day at best ....
-
I see much closer to 15 bands a day when I go.
More acts announced...
GLASVEGAS, THE FUTUREHEADS, THE RAINCOATS, Supergrass’ GAZ COOMBES, AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR, LADY LESHURR
