one of the reasons i stopped going to reading was becuase everyone tried so hard to get somthing going/ repeated same jokes every year...
saying trolley jousting 10pm thurs brown or whatever
just go with the flow and see what random stuff naturally occurs, much more fun that way

appreciated, was planning on getting to car park before 10... do we pick up wristbands in same place weekenders do just outside arena or has all that changed?
is it the one on napier road?

i am so stoked about seeing them again... i never thought id get another chance... i hope they play more of a best of set than concentrating on self tited... id love to here some gems like dick lips, vouyer, josie, carousel and m&m's again... they have not played them for years

2004 was the worst by far... i remeber walking with all my stuff to set up camp at 8pm on the wednesday and stepping into a puddle in the pitch black that was knee deep...
it only started drying out by sunday.... still a great weekend tho

you clearly were not a fan first time around....
during the enema of the state and take off your pants and jacket era they were about as big as a band gets.....
and for people like me who grew up with them all through my school days (im 26 now) they hold a speacial place in my heart and many of there songs now remeind me to all the fun i had when i was younger, chasing girls and getting into trouble....
the 1.5 - 2 hours they will be onstage will be like stepping in a time machine again and reliving my younger care free days....

i would have gone if the line up had some decent pop-punk/ punk on the mainstage....
a few big names like rancid or sum 41 would have been nice....
this seems to be the first year in a few years they have got a good selection of punk and metal on main stage leaving saturday as indie day, how it used to be

im not going for the 5th weekend in a row, barring reading sunday 2010 for blink and weezer...
it gets worse and worse...
and one of my best mates gets married that year
