A t-shirt with the slogan.
"The Glastonbury Monorail is like James Corden. Funny briefly a few years ago, but now just embarrassing"
-
Kit packed into drysacs. But the drysacs have yet to make it to the big rucksack. I've printed my clashfinder though.

Bad weather normally means you can't see the Tor. On the Webcam it's difficult to see the park right now!
But don't worry it will be better later.
-
Dont forget that when you arrive at a stage it can take upwards of twenty minutes to find the right spot to watch the band from.

fwiw I'd like to see at the park, not necessarily headlining but there somewhere.
Mazzy Star, Atari Teenage Riot, Pantha Du Prince, Real Estate, Unknown Mortal Orchestra, Factory Floor, Mutual Benefit and Pins.
I realise that my first two requests are the same ones I've made in threads like this for the last ten years without success, but a boy can dream.

Rain is horrible in any amount.
Temperature is a matter of personal choice. Some like it hot , some don't
Personally, I want mid to low twenties, t-shirt during the day maybe add a layer at night. Any hotter than that is an energy sapping, sticky faced, waking up in airless oven, sunburn hell. It's supposed a festival of doing things, wonderful things, not hiding in the shade till its safe to come out.
2010 bit to hot. I really only want to see those temperatures in the Med with a pool and or beach, sleeping in air conditioned rooms with a plethora of shady courtyards for the day.

Can't believe that no one has said it yet. WET WIPES
Also don't take loo roll, take loads of little packets of tissues. Fare more portable, discrete, multi purpose and they come in a waterproof wrapper.
And most importantly a great big smile.

Eight legged groove machine... Wonderstuff natch

Yes you can. Merch stands selling festival and band merch in the vicinity of the Other Stage and I believe there's a similar stand up by Williams Green. Probably elsewhere too.

It is really is our advent calendar. Every day another door opened and there is some freshly constructed bit of festival. My favourite part is when the lights go on.

Very happy to see Suuns added to the JP stage.
Overall in a very uniquely Glastonbury way, it's a strong line-up.

Unknown Mortal Orchestra
Atari Teenage Riot
Pantha Du Prince

British Sea Power

Once upon every other tent in the camping fields was a eurohike from millets. These days very much less so.

Two. How come no one has suggested that fancy dress friday have a bavarian theme? Lederhosen out for the ladies!

One feature to look for in a festival bag. A security pocket where you can store your wallet and valuables overnight.
For the sleeping mat for the love of god don't use anything with a shiny non grippy surface ( ie Cheap lilo's ) or you'll spend all night sliding off them.
