Did you find they were ok being drank 'warm' i.e having been stored in a tent?
I may look at buying mixer/ice if I take them out and about, but I'm also thinking about drinking them at the campsite, but equally don't want to waste them given them high cost if they taste rank!
So I had the Negroni and Margarita last year, I’d say they were still enjoyable despite not being chilled. For me it was just the sugar + warmth outside that I didn’t like as much, but that’s just my own preference when it comes to sweet tasting things in the heat.
I’d say a couple were drinkable at a warm temp but then you might be itching for a soft drink or something chilled to mix them with, so you feel like you’re getting your money’s worth. I’m bringing the French75’s this year and hoping to mix with lemonade in my chilly’s bottle.

Ordered my MOTH cocktails this morning......can anyone tell me if you can get away with drinking them straight from the can and they don't taste disgusting?
I have a F&B tent so I'm hoping that will suffice....but if not may have to bring my own cup and get ice from the co-op!
I found from the can is quite a sugar overload, it does the job if you’re looking to feel the effects from their strength but if you want to sip and enjoy I’d maybe suggest adding it with a soft drink (and ice if you can)

Does anyone have any recommendations on decent trolleys or sack trucks/trolley please?
Or what people prefer of the two? First time in 11 Glastonbury's I'm going to be using one... don't want to be one of those who end up having to ditch it because they break xI’ve bought one of these, feels strong. Getting a small tyre pump and some extra pins in case I need to make emergency repairs.

A long way
I’m happy with the distance, it’s mainly the popping out to go to Pilton and back aspect, is this type of thing allowed?
-
Christening the new Amazon Alexa with this set, if they all do a Glastonbury set I really don’t know where would be large enough stage to fit the crowd
-
Will a walk from the Oxfam campsite to Pilton Co-op on either Monday or Tuesday be possible? I’m trying to reduce my travel baggage so would be great to be able to nip out and get a few crates on my trolley

Couple surprise b2b’s then

Said I wouldn’t buy MOTH drinks this year because they were quite heavy for me to carry but I’ve been persuaded by this thread to buy a box of the 200ml gin ones

I have to renew my Oxfam training again and I've got the online class booked for 29th. I've just seen on Facebook that you don't even need a camera or mic for the class.
Call me old fashioned, but I used to like the London training day, meeting people etc. Last time a few of us went for lunch and a pint at Elephant & Castle afterwards. This online broadcast just seems a bit naff and impersonal to be honest.
Got mine tomorrow night, do they sometimes give away any spoilers like the site map changes etc?

I’m hoping my Oxfam shift doesn’t clash with his set, guy can create magic

Oxfam bus from Bristol on the Monday midday, pitch at Oxfield for the first time, the rest is history

Surely it means he's over there 23rd, 24th and 25th? 3 sets? I am hoping only 2 though lol
That still leaves Thursday but I think he's a bit big for a Thursday no?
Kingcrawler above said he’ll play 1 day at the festival so he could still come over here, I imagine that’s why his site says 3 days at the moment because the festival hasn’t given him a day. I just panicked and bravely assumed he would be away for 3 days 😅

He’ll only play one day at that festival. Could easily play Glastonbury on Friday/Saturday and then head over to Bucharest on Sunday.
Yeah I maybe jumped the gun on that one 😂

This is one of the trolleys/trucks that people have had issues taking in the past. It comes down to the space available in the luggage compartment and how tight the driver's pants are! Some people have had to ditch them at the pick up whilst others (me 😃) have had no problems.
My advice is to strap everything you can onto the truck so your gear comes as one to minimise its footprint and get to the front for loading. However if space runs out the driver can and will refuse to carry non-essential items such as trucks/trolleys, chairs and packs of ale 😫 etc
Cheers for the advice, that’s my plan. Just going to keep everything the same width as the truck so it’ll make sense at the time to just put it in the hold

People are definitely going to camp out for this, I’m trying to understand how they will choose who’s first and wins at each location
