well that was the first and only time I have heard Jungle - are people really excited for that on the farm this year?

    really?

    damn...

I don’t think that performance represented their live show very well. I’m not someone who regularly listens to jungle but saw them a few years ago and really enjoyed them, thought they were a lot of fun. They still might not be the kind of thing you’re into but this video should give you a better idea of what they’re like live

  2. The Strokes last played a show on May 21st so I assume they wouldn't have tested until yesterday as they were meant to fly out to play a show today. Maybe whoever is positive got it a week ago but is asymptomatic and therefore only found out yesterday due to having to test. So, that could potentially mean that they're nearing the end of their covid and might be fully recovered sooner than we think. I'm fully aware that this is just me being hopeful and over-optimistic though.

Robyn sold out 2 nights at Ally Pally, can we have her headline instead please?

Err.. I was not using the basis of selling out two nights at Ally Pally as a reason as to why Foals should headline. I was simply replying to someone who said they shouldn’t even be discussed because they hadn’t played The O2. When actually, they sold more tickets for two nights at Ally Pally than they would have for one night at The O2, that's all.

I think we should pause the Foals headliner discussion until after they've played The O2 tbh

Ridiculous statement, they sold out two nights at Alexandra Palace amounting to 20,800 people.. O2 is 20,000 capacity, they usually prefer to play venues with less seating.
