End of the road is, overall, a better festival - having been to both.
bluedot has larger singular artist names but feels a bit like “a gig in a field” rather than a cohesive whole festival like EoTR does
however bluedot is cheaper and a lot less far to travel if youre northern
Depends how arsed you are but you can take your own drinks around freely at EoTR too. You can sneak them in at bluedot but not having that hassle is such a bonus
Thanks for the info, will almost certainly be giving it a go with that Bluedot line up. Bluedot have blocked me on social media for saying the line up was a bit disappointing which seems quite petty.

Hmmm not too sure I’m feeling the line up, this time around. I’ve been to everyone so far but might swap it for End of the Road, this year

Earlier on I put Bluedot 2023, Pavement &Grace Jones into Google. A website preview listed them as playing along with Leftfield. When you click on the link it says the page has been removed. Could be totally wrong of course, just seems to fit in with the rumours going around

Leftfield as well by the looks of it

There’s a post that’s been deleted that says Pavement and Grace Jones are playing…

Yeah M83 seem like a good fit, new album and on tour in July. Listened to the Xmas Adam Buxton podcast and he let slip that he’ll be back at Bluedot with his Bowie Bug show

Hey everyone long-term lurker so go easy on me if this is a stupid question ?? Anyone know what the deal is gonna be with 3-D glasses for the Kraftwerk show? Wondering if they are likely to be handing them out or if it’s wise to bring one of the many pairs I’ve accrued from the cinema?!?

Would Animal Collective cancelling their uk tour count them out? Maybe Panda Bear & Sonic Boom in some capacity if not
