I spoke with WH Lung at sxsw last week and they told me they'd be there
If anyone isnt familiar, they are BRILLIANT and sure to be a showstopper. My guess is they'll be in William's Green
Get in. I'm pretty happy about that one, my favourite album last year.

Foals at Park Stage was disappointing mainly as the sound wasn't up to it, the other nearby venues are too close (Bimble Inn especially) and the wind noise on the ribbon tower drowned everything out if you were any further back than the sound desk. There were some good spots where the sound was better (we moved around a few times), but it was easily the worst for any act I heard, and sadly it was for my favourite band.
Edit: There were loads of people on the hill at the start who virtually all disappeared after a couple of songs.

Had the Crawfish Boil from Crawfish Bob's yesterday evening on this thread's recommendation! Amazing! Very rough and ready place, but proper tasty.

Was just thinking of the recurring dreams i have and spotted this thread! I haven't been since 2007, but have had a regular recurring dream ever since then. They're usually always about trying to get in and finding the entrance which weirdly is always between a couple of buildings in a town with a massive iron gate you have to climb over, like some sort of magical gateway to the festival! Then once inside, the stage layout is always the same, like the map is lodged in my head permanently - it's not the actual layout, but in the dream i always find the same stages in the same order. Sometimes i find I've walked to far and wandered right out of the festival and I've found myself back in a public park, or on the banks of a river in a town. I have no idea what it means, but i like to think (a bit like the novel The City and the City) that the festival is always there in some sort of parallel world, just out of reach. Anyway, finally going again this year, so, yay!

Just found this thread, I was there for that one too. Top gig, both excellent bands I thought. October Drift way better live than on record and I really like both their albums.
