i didn't see either of you, either. i was front centre/right.
wtf is a turtle? i had a bloke blathering on to me at the horrors about giving someone a turtle, too
-
No! Willy Mason played twice - the programme clearly stated his only gig was William's Green!
-
they were!
and it was fun for all ages

i really enjoyed the black angels
caught the last chord of toy at the john peel tent, walked out of the crow's nest just before they played on saturday night...
suuns were superb up there on sunday though! -
wasn't worth the paper it was printed on. word-wise, anyway
i have a number of copies, should anyone want one
-
this morning, i acquired a brand new tent, 2 brand new airbeds and 4 chairs
all abandoned on webbs ash
anyone else salvage anything?
-
walked out minutes before toy played because they were so late (1.30 am) and teleman had made my sleepiness overpowering...
suuns on sunday night though were wonderful!
-
And then there's 65daysofstatic and Dinosaur Jr...
So many clashes on that line-up it's unbelieveable
EDIT: Actually, 20 minutes seperates 65daysofstatic and Dinosaur Jr. How far is it from William's Green to The Park Stage?

out today. some of them here threadgoers will love this
the cult of dom keller

cds posted out to my group today
a mix of stuff to see this year, filled out with a small selection of bands i have enjoyed in previous years instead of more alt-j and the xx...
-
Loving Pinkunoizu. Cheers
-
Where should I start with 65 days? I have heard some stuff here and there but never got an album.

the best-kept secret is out
found it on the sunday in 2010, and was amazed at the acts that'd trekked up there. gutted to miss grouplove up there in 2011 as i was stuck in mud somewhere else. i think laura marling did a set up there where she gave personal performances in a caravan, too.
but i would recommend seeing anyone up there; the intimate acoustic-y feel is incredible. apparently it is one of emily's little projects, so expect some very decent acts
also, it is unlicensed, but they are able to pop a tot into your tea or coffeee...
-
for me, it's this
-
i shall be down the front. waited too long for this.
unfortunately, there is nothing i know quite like it on the bill
if only we could have had black mountain again, or u.s. christmas, dead meadow or across tundras

friday on the william's green stage: savages, tribes, the black angels, 65daysofstatic
anything anywhere else will be missed
-
bumped into the rhythm section of savages earlier. they confirmed, after some unsurety, that they are playing the john peel tent on friday and williams green stage on saturday

i wonder what happened to the email i sent to webmaster@efestivals two weeks ago...
-
is this a stupid question?

unimpressed

i didn't see many mobile acts this year, but i doubt many would've been better than these ladies
'jump around' with 'granny turismo'. genius
