Re the old Glade part, me and my mates were in the old Glade (now Glade Dome) for a good hour until we realised we may be in the wrong place watching Stanton Warriors rather than Camelphat
We went for Camelphat who were drowned out by the sound from Glade Dome. We didn't stay long! Found a chilled bar with sofas up in the Park instead.

Did you go? First time I have been to see them, they were amazing. Highlight of a brilliant festival.

Hi Pete I can take the one in Bristol if you still have it, I'll be there Tuesday evening if that's any good.

Hiya, does anyone recall if the Co-op sold bacon or sausages last time?
They definitely had sausages

Somewhere Avalon ( I think) unknown band Friday afternoon 2002. It was great, pint and a toke, really chilled. The first I know the name of was Faithless on the Pyramid that evening. Any memory I had of it faded a long time ago, although I remember it was a beautiful evening!

In a selfish way, I really hope they carry tickets over to 2021.
Nothing selfish about it, I would expect it to happen if I didn't have a ticket. Nobody misses out this year, because there is no festival to be held. Is one way to look at it!

Seems the most logical solution but Twitter will explode, people who don’t have tickets won’t be happy.
Not really our problem.

The one thing that may sway the festival is no body actually has a ticket , people who were lucky in October did not buy a ticket , what they bought was an option to purchase a ticket
Paid a deposit on a ticket.

Really is. Both are driven by Nationalism however we might try and spin it.
The “taking back control” argument is espoused by Brexiteers and the SNP.
If you are not Scottish then you cannot possibly claim to know what you are talking about.

Loads, but you can't really do anything about that.
If you deliberately start a thread, where you know lots of people are going to start disagree with your opinion, is still a pile on?
Rude
I don't think I said you didn't have a heart? I just don't think you've thought about it from other people in worse situations than yourself.
I don't see what the devout has to do with it, part of the charm of Glastonbury is the mix of people you get. It would be shit if it was just the devout every year (Who would eventually die out anyway as new blood struggled to get in.)
Yes some of the replies were getting personal when there is no need.

Yes it would. But that wasn’t my point. My point was deterring those who aren’t really arsed from trying.
I’m really fed up with having to defend myself against people who intentionally want to twist and manipulate my points. But yeah it’s easy to fucking join in and gang up on me. Parasite.
I don't agree with removing the deposit scheme but I agree that there is no need for the ganging up, it's like bullying in the school playground ffs. How old are some of you on here?
-
Yes this year and last.

Yes one browser ( incognito Safari, one tab) manual refresh as soon as the page loaded. Worked this year and in last year's coach sale. I tried with more devices and browsers for this year's coach sale with no joy so I thought I would keep it simple.
