  1. Buzzing that The Chemical Brothers seem to be the secret set on Arcadia - am I right in thinking that would be the Friday night slot? TBAs from 23.00-01.00 and 01.00-02.00.

Also keen to know the William's Green Thursday secret set and John Peel Sunday secret set.

Wondering if Sports Team might be the one for WG - no idea about John Peel though. Maybe Paolo Nutini? Any news/ideas/gossip/rumours?

    Cheers

Q: what it's the difference between an hour and an hour and a half long Ashcroft set?

A: an extra half hour of dross.

What a stupid thing to write. I bet you were one of those idiots shouting ‘Mon the Biff’ when Ashcroft was playing - incredibly pathetic and disrespectful to a legend in British music. I like Biffy, but I love RA and it was a shame that people like you tried to ruin his set for everyone else, for absolutely no reason at all. As the old saying goes - if you don’t have anything nice to say, then don’t say anything. Oh, and by the way, the Verve were bigger and will ALWAYS be bigger than Biffy will ever be. Goodnight xo

  4. For What It's Worth (pardon the pun) I've seen Liam Gallagher four times in the last year and a half... and was blown away every time. Oasis, in my opinion, are one of the greatest bands ever, but I know many will disagree. After all, Radiohead are considered one of the greats but I can't stand them. I grew up listening to Oasis, my dad was such a die-hard that I'm named after the man himself. They're more than music - they created a nationwide mania much like The Beatles did. It was a culture. I don't think anyone has done that since. Saw them in 09' but was very young. Would sell my left lung to see them again.
