On the Monday morning there's a £15 shuttle bus from the site to Bristol Temple Meads. I don't know if the same one runs from Bristol to the site though.
That's spot on, thank you for letting me know

Just checked the prices for Bristol & even then it's £30 per person.. there's a bus from the exact same bus station going to Glastonbury town (where you can get a shuttle bus) and tickets are £5.50. Seems a little extortionate for somewhere 'just up the road'.

Thank you for your help! I didn't think about getting a bus to Glastonbury town, that might even be a whole lot easier as I live around 5 mins from where that bus stops. You bloody star

Hi guys,
So this year is going to be the first that my friend who normally drives us is not coming I was wondering if anyone had any knowledge about travelling by train or by coach and which is easier. I live in Bristol right next to the train station and I have friends who work on site that have kindly agreed to take my tent/booze down for me so carrying stuff isn't an issue whatsoever. I understand that the coach drops you off at the festival whereas there is a shuttle bus from castle Cary train station.
See you all in June!

The hurly burly in the theatre field does the BEST breakfast, I ate there most mornings this year. Also another couple of my favourites were the Buddha bowls (they are so tasty and packed with greens - double win) and the buttermilk chicken burger place in silver Hayes, we probably ate at least 6 of their buffalo chicken burgers for the duration of the festival. Oh and the Sunday roast at the treehouse in the park, such a treat this Sunday when the weather was starting to get to me. We spent most of this year going from food stall to food stall, I probably came back 2 stone heavier.

Hi!!
I started lurking in the run up to this years festival and started reading again after getting tickets for the third time on Sunday to continue my 'It feels like Christmas, I can't believe I got tickets' buzz.
Looking forward to chatting with you all, and maybe attending the efests meet!

Last year we had some amazing breakfasts at the Hurly Burly in the circus field. This year, can't find it. Are they at Glasto this year?
