Cheers for the answers guys. I regards to why, your implication is that I would live every piece of music played at the festival. It's primarily for listening to music at the camp inbetween acts

My friend is bringing a CD player that it battery powered that has a AUX cable in it so we can listen to music at the tent.

The rules state no speaker systems so I wondered what the deal with this was?

It might be fairly loud, but not much louder than a Bluetooth speaker, would this be ok?
