Hi lads, tried buying a maxi locker and they've closed the online shop, does this mean the lockers are sold out or would there be a chance to buy one there?

I'm sure you can buy them there. They usually recommend pre booking though

hi, I does anyone whose been before know about money situations.

Im wondering if I need to take all my spends with me in cash, or if there is cash machines in the town or campsite which I can take euros out so I don't have to carry a lot of money with me.

also me and my friends are in the glamping tents in the campfest area, does anyone know if there is any other facilities in that area from other years, such as showers, wifi, toilets

    thanks!!!!

I don't think there are any atms at the festival site but there are in the town.

i have stayed in the glamping in campfest last year and I am again this year. The showers are for glamping people only so less crowded but it is freezing cold water and they are communal showers (no privacy) I think the toilets are near the bar (outside the glamping entrance) but it's not a far walk at all. Fib aren't offering wifi this year because mobile phone providers can no longer charge you ridiculous amounts to use data so they are expecting most people will be using that.

    Thank you for your reply!

Will keep an eye out for train tickets.

Is that 100 euro each or per tent?

€100 for the tent, but the 4 man tents have now sold out for this year. You can still book the 2 man tents for €90 though!

My first year at Beni this year too, cannot wait!

I fly to Barcelona thursday evening and plan to stay one night there near the train station and travel early to Beni on Friday morning by train before travelling back to Barca on monday and having 3 nights there recovering :)

I know I'm missing a pretty big chunk of the festival here but my gf graduates on the wednesday hence why we cant fly out til the thursday.

By the time we arrive at Beni on Friday will it be a nightmare getting a pitch? It sounds like all the ones with shade will have gone but how bad is it camping in the sun? Do you think we'd just be able to manage it for 3 nights? It sounds like if you get next to no sleep at the festival but I'm guessing you can just sleep at the beach in the day??

Anyone done it by train from Barca?

How many euros should I take for for the Friday til Monday?

Thanks in adv for any help :)

Me and my friends flew into Barcelona on the Wednesday last year and got the train to benicassim. The train is by far the best way to travel, it is cheaper and faster than the coach transfers!

we stayed in the glamping area so we didn't have to take any camping gear with us, it only cost us €100 for a 4 man tent for the week and it is already set up in the shade.

We only spent about €300 for 5 days there each as the drinks from supermarkets are pretty cheap.

ps. When you book the trains make sure you use the discount from the fib website as it saves you a bit of money

  5. Me and some friends are coming for the first time this year, we have booked a train from Barcelona. Does anyone know the easiest way to get from Barcelona airport to Sants train station? we have a few hours to get there so doesn't have to be the fastest
