Never saw anything naughty in 2014 wasnt there in 15, what did I miss?

It is marked out by cutting the grass in to the 8 x8 spaces, cars are parked immediatly adjacant or very close. Apparantly last year there was a cock up and that didnt happen in all cases. They like 1 tent on the plot but a second 'pup' tent or gazebo seems to be ok.
