The set times at boomtown are always fucked up and need to b taken with a pinch of salt, I was a little disappointed with the volume levels at band hai at points but other areas were banging, the bass at the tangled roots stage almost made me mess my pants, thankfully I was lucky...

I did notice how the security like picking on the younger ones, I personally had one try to take my unlit joint off me whilst other people where smoking around me it was a bit bizarre serves me right for looking like a 17 year old.

Other than that I had an epic Time, may post more when I'm a bit more lucid

How many inside venues are there if it does hammer down? Plenty? Or is most of it outside?[/quote

Quite alot of the stages are tented apart from some of the larger venues like the lions den and the town center.

The alcohol allowance is a bit confusing:-

You may bring up to 16 x 440ml cans of lager/cider/beer, 17 x 250ml cans of premix spirit drinks or a 3-litre box of wine or 7 litres of cider/lager/beer, in plastic bottles or cans.

Is it one or the other, or can you bring one from each bit - ie 16 x 440ml cans AND 17 x 250ml premix OR the wine OR 7 litres.. or can I bring ALL of it, but no more than the limit for each one?

Ideally I want to bring the 7 litres of cider in cans and some premix spirits.....

I believe its one or the other. You can try to bring more but be prepared to have to chuck it away.

it says people with teenage tickets can't go into the bowl after 10pm - are they really going to enforce this?

its not really enforced or I haven't noticed anyone being taken out of the bowl because of age, but just be sensible and you will be fine.
