Anyone got some good last minute ticket sites? for leeds
Not spending 240 on the official site, no way.

Also, most people get early bird tickets i believe. If you dont get it entrance is from 3 am the following day, otherwise its at noon the day before. If you dont get early pass ticket you will have less of a choice and less likely to find a good spot.

Hey, my first time camping for the weekend too. Ive made a thread similar to this before, and people i know that have gone several times before say orange/red.
Just me and my mate going this year, will be camping in orange 'near to the hill'.
Were also looking to meet some others to party / drink with, and weve heard orange is pretty much a constant party (and close to dj/late night tents).

Alright, thanks. Can someone recommend some relatively cheap 4 man tents with 2 rooms(and a little hall in the middle)? Cheapest i could find was 50 quid

If its just me and my mate going, is it better to get one 4 man tent or two 2 man tents next to each other? What are the pros/cons of each? (I can only think of the fact that you have more privacy alone in a 2 man tent if you wish..)
Also, any point in having a 'flag' so you can recognise your tent when stumbling back at drunken o'clock? Or is that just an invitation for someone to piss on your tent, or something along those lines?
Thanks

Sorted. Thanks man, youve been a great help

Thanks for the info!
What sort of food would you recommend to bring in?
And how does red differ from orange since you suggested it might be better?
Do you reckon its possible to bring in a full supply of alcohol for the whole festival? Wont someone possibly steal the stash? I think id have to buy a pretty big rucsac for all the stuff lol.

This year is my first ever going to any camping festival, so i have a couple of questions.
1. Where to camp? Ive heard orange is good. We want a lively party vibe but no dickheads looking to start trouble! Dont really care if its noisy etc as we will want to mostly party anyway.
2. How easy is it to make new friends? Its only me and my mate going, so ideally we want to meet others to drink with etc. Is this easy to come by or do large groups mostly keep to themselves?
3. How much money to bring? Not including the necessities like wellies etc which we'll buy before entry. There is obviously only so much you can carry in drinks-wise, so we will probably have to spend some money. So basically how much money to bring for food, alcohol and maybe some stronger stuff?
4. Food. Expensive? Better to bring in or buy? What sort of food?
We are 17&18.
Thanks in advance for any replies
