I'm guessing that next year will be Marley-free, so it'll be Damian in 2017.
yeah, Damian is the only person I can think really of who could match/out do the headliners they had this year! looking forward to seeing him on the lion's den one day!

phewwwwwwwww! what a weekend! I think this may have been my favourite boomtown that ive been to so far - even though i worked this one so i guess i saw less of the festival than i would have liked to but i still had an absolute blast! didn't think they would be able to top the last position of the lions den but this was amaaazing!
cant wait for next year - who do we think will headline the lion's den????

fucking awesome Japanese psyche band Kikagaku Moyo have just announced their European tour - so far goes up to 22 june at Dunajam festival - with more to be announced. Although they are playing two UK shows earlier in June so that may make them less likely to return..... xx

Does anyone know what the chances of Toots and the Maytals being at Glasto are?
They have no tour dates listed on their website and last bit of news was them cancelling shows during summer of last year.
Would love to see them on West Holts again.
some fucker threw a bottle and hit toots in the head in 2013 and i don't think they've played live since :/

Tinariwen are in the country until the 6th of june.... they played last year but i'd definitely like to see them again

and Arcadia hasn't been set up yet but it looks like its going to be the same place as last year x

in reply to whether you can buy the magic carpet ticket things when you're there, they just put something on Facebook saying get them in advance. Also last year I don't think I actually ever remember seeing it working haha! but they also said they are making improvements.
I went and had a look at the site the other day and its looking pretty cool
when I work out how to post pictures I will post one.seriously though, it's a bloody amazing festival!

hasn't Steven been doing most of the recorded stuff anyway? so yeah it doesn't make that much difference really
and yeah they are, from what I've heard on Wayne's Instagram it's sounding pretty cool, not as dark as the terror.I know what you mean, it should be that their personal lives don't make any difference to the fans, but with Wayne it does seem to actually be impacting on their work the lips are coming out with.
reckon they might make an appearance at glasto?

ah thanks a lot man! it's a shame, he was a good drummer :/ it's also a shame about Wayne, when I first got into the lips I thought he was the coolest dude around but recently he just seems to be being a giant douche! haha
ah well, if they played I'd still go and see them, even if they are basically a weird covers band now!
