The wife wanted to go somewhere just the two of us before RW, something romantic. When I saw Bon Jovi and Muse in Torino and Milan I was quick to suggest Italy. We'll have pasta, red wine and rock 'n' roll before we fly to Brussels on the Wednesday before RW

Camping ticket and festival ticket must be shown upon 1st entry to campsite, after that you get a wristband with campsite name (ex A1) which has a unique colour. You no longer need campsite ticket then, whenever you enter the wristband must be visible to supervisors upon entry (they check colour). 4 day pass gets you a wristband aswell that you scan whenever you go in or out of the festival grounds.

For some reason Kraftwerk is listed for 4-7 July for Roskilde festival: http://www.kraftwerk.com/concerts/index-concerts.html , means it's one out of those 4 days but it hasn't been decided. Kraftwerk is definitely option I suppose then for RW
. No idea how they'll make it a 3D show with 80000 visitors but wait and see if they're announced I guess -
Almost all speak enlish and french, both mandatory at school. And learning dutch isn't something you do that,easily

2012 entry was massive sweating.. People fainted or faked fainting to get in through the 1 hour queue in a 38°C temperature (according to that board next to entry with temperatures
). But yeah, weather was phenomenal -
they're belgian aswell are they not ?

You can find tiny self-inflatable matresses that weigh ±1kg, they're not too bad actually.. Found mine at Decathlon.

All drinks cost 1 voucher inside the festival area, so €2,50 for 0,25L beer. There's also redbull, cola, water, the usual anyway.
I'm not sure which campsites have a reputation of higher atmosphere than others
