Does anybody know what the deal with lockers is at Sziget? i went to benicassim last year only to discover lockers had to be prebooked and paid for. First time in sziget this summer!

Correct. The Tuesday is pretty much just a headliner on the main stage if I remember right, but im sure theres other things going on around the site. 2011 was Prince for instance. Then a fuller bill on Wednesday, going into petty much a full bill Thursday. Either way, its ridiculous what you get for your money. And don't get me started on how insane the sound setups are compared to this country!!
Base your spendage on £1.50 per pint and £3 per meal. Eassssy!

You're looking around £250 for a return flight Monday - Monday.
If you're planning on an apartment stay for a week, its gonna be about £250 for a little one, but some amazing places.
You could easily live off £200 spending, and probably live like a king! Its alot cheaper than Beni.

Im thinking of going to sziget next summer, could anyone tell me roughly how much it would cost for the week there. Flying from Scotland... Did Benicassim last summer and going again this year. For the week that turned out at about £500-600 all in. Wondering if sziget is in a similar price range?
Anyone whos possibly been to both?

The Prodigy would be a dream final headliner. Already playing Rock AM Ring, Pukkelpop, Creamfields and Instanbul Calling. They're also headlining Balaton Sound in Hungary from July 11th - 14th. Could be a possibility? They would be immense, and would offer a bit of diversity from the other three headliners.

The line-up is 90% complete, last year there were only 2 stages instead of 3 on thursday and with all the budget issues this year it's probably they're doing again so there's definitely no room for 25 bands, maybe some nice bands and a lot of spanish djs for the smallest stage but forget the idea of 20-25 bands like Foals/Beach House. And yes, in 2011 they were trying to get another headliner and suddenly we got The Streets on thursday. But hey, you can keep trusting in Tom Lumley, a guy who said Kasabian were headlining, the BBC confirmed The Strokes etc...

We slept in our tent quite a lot, purely because there were massive ants outside where we were. But it wasn't that bad especially since we were in the shade, so a shitty little tent big enough for a couple of lilos and all your stuff is fine.

A hammock if your pitched Up near a couple of trees is another decent option, so comfy haha

Decathlon is in Castellon not Benicassim if I'm not mistaken. Castellon isn't far though, We're staying in a hotel there, Sure it's only 10 or 15 minutes in a cab
