With Of Mice and Men being an England and Wales exclusive for Reading and Leeds, I can see them headlining Transmissions. Which I'd for one really love. But at the same time I won't hold my breath

Well I nearly fell of my seat in shock at that announcement.......

I wouldn't complain at all if he was announced. He has never denied the fact he canna sing that well and goes with it. Sold out stadium tours don't count for nothing I guess and I really enjoy his stuff I won't lie.

Back to the main page!
Not expecting anything big in surprise terms, though I'd be much happier the band announced I hadn't seen before but I won't hold my breath!

I have spoken to a booker for Triple G on a few occasions when doing lights for my mates band and he told me that QOTSA will be playing Hydro at the end of the year. Take that as you please. I showed my surprise to him at being the Hydro and he said take his word on it...
Ill be there if they are playing haha!

chuffed to see LtA announced - new album has seen them hit the ground running last year or two or so.
Mallory Knox are a fantastic up and coming band - boyo has some voice on them - i am sure they've been on the line up for ages before the announcement mind you though

On a side note, in healthy T they do these really good pizza's that are like stone baked right in front of you and are freshly made, anyone have any idea what this place was called and if it'll be back? fingers crossed!

I struggle to find anything worth listening to in the metal/rock scene although most recently of all the bands that i have enjoyed have been Skindred and Cancer Bats. Never seen either of those at T but i think those are two of the best i've heard for a long time.

Hmmm considering going to this again now.............

they're an exclusive outdoor UK appearance for Latitude

Was hoping for Maccabees and holding out hope for New Order and Depeche Mode but alas!

I'm informed that rumour is incorrect
Sorry, should say, that pair are a complete pair of DB's as you say, but neither will be playing

If he wasn't exclusive to Wireless, I'd book him.
Plenty hits that people know or wouldn't admit to knowing. Good pop fun.

Frank Ocean - one of the hottest talents in the world right now. The reaction on the T Facebook when he gets announced? "Who?"
What has this festival become?!?!?!

Never really got Bloc Party. Went to see them a few times and thought they were okay but nothing more than that. Some seem to think they're a pretty special band tho and I wouldn't be overly fussed if they played or not. Never understood the very high up billing they get at Reading either.

HI Guys
I am going to London for the weekend of this, and have got a Reading day ticket for the Saturday (to see Crosses amongst others), and being an Aberdonian with little to no knowledge of London/Reading, I am in a bit of a pickle. I see the last train leaves Reading Station just after twelve meaning to make that train I'd probably have to miss most of a headliner. Do anyone here have any advice on how to get home, I am staying London Euston area.
Any help would be great. Cheers
