  1. It's the Sauna in the tipi fields. Got showing around it on friday afternoon and got a bit of an eyeful myself. I think it was a tener in and they have their own area with live music, a plunge pool and refreshments. Not my cupatea but nice to see it as it fits more with the original glato experience rather than being in an overcrowded after hours techno hell fucked of your face on MDMA.

  2. I ran to get to this on saturday night. Got in by about 11.30. The place was pumping, seriously the best tent I was in all weekend. Then at 12:30 some guy from the tent next door came in and told Murphy that they had to close as the sound was clashing with theirs. Don't know what his tent was called but it was the one with the large boat thing outside it. So the commotion unfold then as I was right by the dj box for the whole thing. Each of the soulwax guys then went over and had a word with them as did Murphy again but the guy wasn't having any of it. Murphy just faded the music down and apologised, said what was going on and it was supposible going to infringe the Glastonbury license if they continued. And that was it. The best party of the weekend cut like that. While we could all hear some shite house being pumped out from next door. A really sad moment. The 3 djs were well fucked off. Wouldn't be surprised if they'll not be back.

  3. Hi there, quick question.!heading from Holyhead yo Glasto, via M5, Bristol and down. Was wondering if anyone knows any good Pitstop areas along the way. A little rest, last minute provisions and the all important cider collection. Thanks in advance.

  4. Just picked up our hired campervan. It's a great job but I'm a bit puzzled and the campervan couldn't really help me out. So we can run the fridge of the gas. It's a 15kg canister. He deems to think it would last the week. I'm not too sure. Would it do the week as well as the of hot water shower. Totally ignorant to all this.

  5. Hi. We are going to be coming from Holyhead Tuesday morning via A55 M5 route. I have heard there are a few cider breweries close to Glastonbury and was wondering if anyone knew of any in that direction. Just to pull over and stock up on some of the good stuff. Would rather not have to go out of the way to get some. Cheers in advance

  6. O.k. I know it's a lot to ask for, but thought I would ask people's opinion. My wife and I are heading to our 6th Glastonbury this year, but it's going to be a very different one. Our first baby is due in two weeks and all being well said nipper will be making its first festival outing. We're not too worried as we've got a campervan and are prepared. Staying away from the main stages won't be a problem as there is enough on everywhere else. Only issue being, we are both massive arcade fire fans. It would be a killer not to be at the pyramid stage come Friday night. So I'm pondering, does anyone who to get/request front access to a stage for a performance? It would only be the one the whole weekend. It's the only way I could see the thing possible. Suggestions please.

  7. First year capervaning it ourselves. Main reason being we will have a two month old baby with us. Undecided to go for ages we have decided to try this option as it just wouldn't be possible otherwise. Looking at comments west would seem the better option. But large crowds I suppose would be my main worry of the weekend. Would that be an issue here? Or is the whole plan a crazy idea altogether. Convince me. We are paying for the tickets tomorrow.

  8. On the same note. Myself and my wife got tickets the other day. Still undecided on if we're going or not. Reason being, she's pregnant and is due mid may. So obviously the child will be too young to leave with someone else, but would it be a bad idea to take it with us. We may be working in the theatre and circus which would make the camping much easier, but not sure if it's a good idea at all. Thoughts?
