Scream Team, playing Acid Lounge from midnight to 2 on saturday. Supposedly this is a Primal Scream DJ set. Anyone know which members are involved or what their sets are like?

Four Tet is also playing at 12pm at Stonehenge Bar. I forget the day but a good way to get the day going.

Last year there was a great thread about hidden gems or secret acts on the line up. It was a place for people to share information such as 'dave the magical DJ' is actually dave gilmour*, or that certain bands on the bill are actually a variant of another band, or band members alter egos/alternative personas etc
Although I have nothing to contribute yet, I thought it would be useful to get this thread up and running!

I think that a couple of things would help here:
- Open arcadia on Thursday night - let people see shangri la and arcadia on a thursday, possibly reducing the numbers on fri/sat/sun
- Have block 9 open and checked for safety issues before 10pm thursday night - causing less of a queue
- check people in and out of the late night area - we were told through the PA system at about 2am saturday night that they were checking numbers to see if it was safe to let people in (they had stopped the queue going in). If there is only 1 entrance and 1 exit, then surely people can be counted in and out?
I was gutted, I went to shangri la on thursday and found out arcadia wasn't even open, and shangrila was a bog of people falling over and getting stuck in the mud. When we tried to go again on saturday night there was the 2 hour queue, and when we got there (2am) they had stopped letting people in

A friend of mine might drive his van now, which has a bed in, but no cooker - so we will see what happens I guess. Shame that people with small vans and small gas cookers aren't officially allowed in

I'm afraid you've got no chance of getting in the campervan field with only a car. Best bet is to sell your campervan ticket on Ebay ( you will easy sell it if put on at face value ) and get a general car park pass on the gate when you turn up then you can pitch up your tent next to your mates campervan.

Last year it was done on the Wednesday night - I think around 9pm at the Stone circle.
I'm sure if you head up there on wednesday afternoon and ask a security guard on the fence

You should search for the 'battery saving' type apps - they just do things like turn screen brightness down, turn off 3g, disable wifi, stop apps from updating etc for you to save battery

Hello! long time lurker, first time poster...
I have a campervan ticket but can no longer bring a campervan with me - will I still be allowed into the campervan field with just my car? We have friends camping in that field, so I'd like to park in there and camp either behind the car or inside the main camping areas
Will security let me through in the car with my campervan pass? :-s
