  1. Got major FOMO. We didn't get tickets and then subsequently had a baby so didn't try on the resale. Beautiful weather, not done much over the last few months due to baby and got Covid this week so not I'm just dreaming of being there next summer.

  2. I definitely see festivals happening next year but I can't imagine how a festival the size of Glastonbury will be able to go ahead. It's bad enough getting on to site as it is and with all the extra measures like testing etc might make it too difficult.

Do people expect mandatory vaccination to enter the event? (would include all artists and staff) and expect a bit more social distancing? Theres not much space on a Glastonbury Thursday but i'm sure that can be managed by opening up all the areas earlier.

Not good news for us resalers but at least the spreadsheet can roll over to October's sale :)

Will there be a sale in October though with the tickets rolling over to next year? I would imagine it would be best to have a resale next April?

Although they did specifically say that refunds until September so maybe there will be 2 resales for 2021?

  4. My first ever gig was Michael Jackson in Barcelona 1992. I was about 6 years old and frightened due to all the pyrotechnics!

There was an impersonator outside and I was convinced it was the real Michael!

  5. Anyone know of any healthier stalls around? There's Green Futures but wandering if any chillies, soups or ideally somewhere with grain salads etc

Also do we know if the fruit stall in The Park will still be there?

    Thanks!

Urmston for me.  Or for graft at least.

Its all very South Side this.  Any Newton Heath about or Moston Rats?

We're from Ancoats. Not too far from NH. A few others from Castlefield and Salford.

Look like it'll be busy on the M6

They do, every year. It's at the entrance, I don't remember the cost tho

I see that there's a cloackroom inside but seems like we can't get in with a small suitcase. This is from 2 years ago though.

I guess I'll have to keep digging! Left luggage at a train station could be an option as would a left luggage company near Arc de Triumpf but a bit of a way from the festival!

  8. I've stayed in South Park 1 for the last few years after arriving at a similar time, mainly because it was one of the areas with quite a bit of space left. Felt like a right hike to get there though after we were herded into the furthest away point of the purple car park.

Thinking of staying at SP1 this year. What were the toilets like there? And was it steep or quite flat? I know SP2 is quite steep so just wondered! Thanks!
