Really poor this year. Although it must be hard not to recycle some acts, there is not excuse to put KOL back on the bill. in my opion they were awful in 2010. As regards to some of the smaller acts, most played last year/ year before so there is no real act i have not seen over the past 3 years of going. ill have to give this year a miss. Hopefully the possibility coldplay 2015/2016 will make me go again.

Smuggling in alcohol is hit and miss and really depends on who you get on the gate. Its quite obvious if you turn up with loads of random looking bumps all over you body, and security will spot you a mile off. One tip would be to give them to a girl if possible. They are less likely to get patted down. With the ID it really depends on the security again, and the person serving. As last year i got ID queing up and getting served. i wouldnt know about using fake ID as i was 18 at the time. If worst comes to worst you can get someone to buy it for you.

what is everyones guess for headliners of the arena and the 4music stage on the saturday and sundays? i was thinking about seeing sub focus on the saturday, as ive not really heard much of the stone roses and dont really want to force myself to like them. Could subfocus headline the tent or is it likely to be someone else?

id have to say not seeing jamie T at V2010 was probably my biggest regret, i aswell got dragged along to see kings of leon. They were awfull to say the least

Maybe wrong but aren't one of the headliners normally exclusive as in no other fests/shows and if the other headliner is Stone Roses it would rule Coldplay out.

Coldplay are playing there own stadium tour so cant see them headlining festivals aswell.

im suprised that beyonce is at hylands first. Usually the bigger act is at Hylands on the Sunday.
