So my festival has just taken on a new perspective...just found out my other half is preggers. Guess it's down to me to drink our stock pile of booze then...

Couple of questions:
1) What do people usually get up to on Thursday once they've arrived. Is there much going on?
2) That beer offer posted above - will collection be within the arena or are these just for drinking within the campsite?

The tickets are expensive but definitely the going rate for a band of RH's size. Springsteen's tickets are much more expensive!

Impressed with the number of youngsters at Ally Pally on Friday. Expected it would be full of 30/40 somethings like me. Their appeal is definitely widening!

What kind of tent/yurt did you book with them? Do you inow how quickly they sold out this year?

Looking to upgrade my camping facilities for me and my wife this year. The Love Fields are looking the most likely option as they seem to be pretty well kitted out and very close to the main action. Anyone stayed with them before? Or any recommendations for somewhere else?

I reckon I'll be going to this with one other mate since we happen to be in Vegas the week prior. Will drive down but not sure what we'll do accommodation wise yet...appreciate any tips.

Looking forward to seeing them next month in Regents park open air theatre. Still some tickets left on big wheel tix for a bargainous £15. Should be £25! Great little venue for a gig too.

Yes its a pointless idea now. Especially since word gets around the whole site hours/days before the act comes on.
Pulp should have been on the pyramid stage instead either before or after Beyonce.
