Same... 😭

Had a dream I managed to secure tickets by using my 4G connection. I know what I will be attempting this morning on one of the laptops! Best of luck to you all…
-
My friend passed Glasto premier inn at half 9. He's now in West Pennard just over an hour later so that's not too bad going.
-
The only one day passes are on Sunday's and they're for locals only. So you are not in luck.
-
Feel so sorry for all of you who've been stuck overnight. It'll be worth it in the end x
-
Currently at Glastonbury premier inn. Think we will see what traffic is like when we have to set off at 12.
-
Excited! Setting off in about an hour

Have a read of the bottom of this page about private coaches/minibuses. http://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/information/getting-here/by-coach/

Approx 4 hours til set off. Staying overnight in Glastonbury town to get a decent nights sleep before rocking up tomorrow morning. #excited!

They're marked with a G on the map you get in the little guide on the lanyard. They usually run out of the freebies quite quickly though.
Thank you! x

Glasto is so close I can smell it (almost!)
Random question. Where abouts are the stalls that sell the newspapers where you usually get a free bag?
-
Search 'Power Bank' on Argos - lots to choose from. I got mine from Amazon so can't comment on the ones from Argos specifically.

Everything is going to be fine. The ground will dry and you'll have a lovely 5 days.

So happy for you Lucy!

Not sure about the ground but I think the advantage over 2011 is that it won't have that constant depressing rain over the first few days like 2011 had. The forecast for the festival itself this year could be a lot worse.
Yes that's very true. Getting soaked in the queue and putting the tent up in the rain was not the finest start to my first Glasto.
-
So the only Glasto I've been to is the muddy one of 2011. Is the ground likely to be better/worse/the same as 2011? Any ideas?

I love a freebie.

I'm getting so excited now. I'm taking my dad to the festival and I can't wait to see what he thinks.
-
I drink very rarely and intend on doing Glastonbury sober. I did pretty much the same in 2011 and had an amazing time. You don't need alcohol to enjoy yourself at Glasto. There's so much to see and do that you won't feel like you're missing out at all!
-
Today is great Glasto weather. Sunny, nice breeze!

I've lost two stone since the start of the year on Slimming World. Hoping for at least another stone by Glasto. I haven't really done much exercise though so I should probably get cracking with that.

Oooh you do a purple one! Tempted! Picking a size will be the difficult bit. Is the large a men's large?
