Everything is going to be fine. The ground will dry and you'll have a lovely 5 days.

Not sure about the ground but I think the advantage over 2011 is that it won't have that constant depressing rain over the first few days like 2011 had. The forecast for the festival itself this year could be a lot worse.

Yes that's very true. Getting soaked in the queue and putting the tent up in the rain was not the finest start to my first Glasto.

  3. I drink very rarely and intend on doing Glastonbury sober. I did pretty much the same in 2011 and had an amazing time. You don't need alcohol to enjoy yourself at Glasto. There's so much to see and do that you won't feel like you're missing out at all!

  4. I've lost two stone since the start of the year on Slimming World. Hoping for at least another stone by Glasto. I haven't really done much exercise though so I should probably get cracking with that.

  5. From the website:

"If you are unable to come to the Festival, and require a refund for your ticket, please contact See Tickets on 01158 960073 before midnight May 6th 2016.

A £15 administration charge will be retained from all refunded tickets.

An additional £10 administration charge will be retained from any cancelled coach packages. (£15 ticket cancellation fee + £10 coach cancellation fee).

Tickets are non-refundable after the deadline of May 6th. However, if you have purchased the Refund Protection for your ticket and if your reason for not being able to attend is included, a refund application can be made."
